Coping With Stress at Work

New York Health and Wellness Coaches, LLC  is the go-to expert for many clients in New York when it comes to stress management workshops. We are committed to helping employees cope with workplace stress through our sessions.

Why Consider Stress Management for Your Organization?

Stress is a major factor in employee absenteeism. This can lead to illness, injuries, and psychosocial problems. As proof, stress management interventions resulted in a reduction of blood pressure from 10.6mm to 6.3mm. This was proven by a workplace study done by the Heart Math Institute (HeartMathLLC, 2008).

Another concern arising in the corporate sector could be anger issues among employees, managers, and clients. Effective anger management techniques have demonstrated efficacy in helping people cope more effectively with anger-inducing situations and avoid inappropriate behaviors. As a result, repercussions of anger control problems were avoided (D. Childre and D. Rozman, 2003).
